From the little league field to the sales field, Justin has carved a career building some of the most successful sales and marketing programs in the direct selling industry. From sales development to field training and support, he’s driven by helping distributors reach their potential—a philosophy that usually involves one-on-one support and spending time in the field creating the type of incentives and promotions that drive growth. In short, he’s the exact leader sales teams want on their side. Justin received a B.A. in International Relations, Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Calling Gary Koos' accomplishments impressive is an understatement. Over the past 35 years, he’s served in multiple leadership roles across a broad range of industries and across the world. Private company experience, public company experience—he’s done it all. And along the way, Gary has established enterprise-wide policies and controls as well as leadership that’s put his career, and the companies he’s served, on the global stage.

Prior to Joining LifeVantage, Gary served as Head of Finance for the PCT division of Comet Technology, Inc. Before that, he was the President, CEO, and CFO of Worldwide Energy and Manufacturing USA—a China-based manufacturing firm where he led a company-wide financial and operational restructure. He holds both a Masters of Business Administration in International Business and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
